Cancellation Policy
$50 fee
If you need to change your appointments we do require a minimum of two working days notice or a $50.00 fee applies.
We value your time and appreciate that you value ours too. We will send a confirmation sms two working days before your scheduled visit.

Our policy exists so that we can manage our schedule fairly for all patients and offer appointments to those on our waiting list when possible.

Arrive on time
We kindly ask that you arrive no later than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment. Due to the nature of children's dental visits, we are unable to accommodate patients who arrive more than 10 minutes late, as it affects the schedules of other families. If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What to expect at the first visit
The Australian Dental Association recommends that children start seeing the dentist before their first birthday or when they get their first tooth - whatever comes first.

At the first appointment, the dentist will gather helpful information about your child. Discussions can include questions about your child's general health and development, diet, behaviours and oral hygiene. The dentist will have a look at your child's mouth, inside and out and share information and tips to help you care for your child's teeth and tell you what to look out for as your child continues to grow.

Depending on how old your child is at their first visit the dentist may take x-rays to complete the check up. If treatment is required, the dentist will discuss various options and provide you with a treatment plan and a quote.

Creating a ‘dental home’ and building a relationship with a dentist early on can help your child to be comfortable at the dentist. It can help them to create a trusting relationship with their dentist.

Please note that fees are payable on the day via our hicaps/eftpos facility.
We do not bulk bill and private fees apply to all appointments. If your child is eligible for Child Dental Benefits Scheme, the account is paid in full and you will be able to claim your rebate through medicare.
The CDBS does not cover the full account and cannot be used for dental treatment under a General Anaesthetic.
For any queries in regards to costs involved, phone our lovely reception staff on 8332 3222.
